Welcome to Toastmasters of Basel!

There are two Toastmasters Clubs in Basel: Toastmasters of Basel (English spoken) since 2000 and Rhetorik Club Basel (German spoken) since 2006.

Each club meets twice a month from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the Centrepoint (on the ground floor) of the Lohnhof in Basel.

A typical meeting includes impromptu speeches, prepared speeches, contests, seminars, and above all: loads of fun !

All meetings are run the typical 'Toastmasters' way: Informal, but structured, informative with time to also enjoy the informal chat during the break or after the meeting.

The English spoken Toastmasters Club of Basel currently counts some 35 - 40 members.

What's the background of Toastmasters?
